Previous written document on the final result of hush-hush labels on storage image made no distinction between the different orphic label tiers. This thesis took the dimensions these papers found to influence store image and combined these dimensions with the attributes of the different private label tiers to gravel out what the establish of these tiers on store image is. It is think that all three private label tiers gift a positive influence on store image. Premium private labels will increase store image the most, while economy private labels will only slightly improve store image. This has to do with the premium quality and price/value these products have to offer. Also they all add to the product variety of store. wholly these factors positively influence store image. Next to this, also the government issue of store image on private label image was studied. It was found that store image has a positive effect on the image of economy, standard and premium private labels. This effect is larger on premium private labels.
