Overview: This movement support the current and future challenges faced by The Tantramarsh Club, to a greater extent unremarkably referred to as The Pub, Mount Allison Universitys (MTA) non-profit club. The case is set in April 2008 as the winter semester was finishing up in the small townsfolk of Sackville, New Brunswick, located on the southeast coast of Canada. The case is about changing the business strategy of the bar because, The Pub had experienced several years of financial difficulties, however, the 2007 / 08 year was pass judgment to be a financially good year. The manager, Jonathan Scooter Clark, was unhappy about the organizations ability to sustain financial stability once The Pub moved to its newly location, planned for imperious 2008. They were already spending money from their reserves, which was causing the additional problems. The board and Scooter had to determine the most appropriate business modeling for The Pub as it moved to its new location.
