MERCHANT SHIPPING ORDINANCE 1952 MERCHANT SHIPPING (CENTRAL moneymaking(a) MARINE FUND) RULES 1984 In exercise of the power conferred by branch (8) of arm 467 of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance 1952, the Minister makes the following rules: 1. These Rules may be cited as the Merchant Shipping ( of import Mercantile Marine Fund) Rules 1984 . 2.
