Who I think I am before this:
Golemans first component[1] of Emotional news show is self awareness, to know thyself as it were. How self aware I am of my strengths and weaknesses is fundamental to the interactions and impacts that I have with others in the educate environment and how successful I am as a leader.
The assessment questionnaires that will help explore the various polar aspects of leadership style and behaviour.
Results and Interpretation 800 words
To gain an insight into what direction skills others perceive that I exhibit, the Personal Assessment of Management Skills (PAMS) critique was completed by my peers. The peers were selected so as to provide 360 power point feedback which can then be used to uncover and hash out any differences from different management contexts and perspectives.
Self Awareness:
To do this I have used the Influence Dimensions Questionnaire[2] as a self assessment on my interactions with others.
