This gripping play is definitely one of the beat out Korean dramas that I have watched and absolutely adore because it brings viewers to a modern sidereal day adaptation of the fairytale Cinderella, with a twist as our Cinderella, Goo Hyo Sun, is loved by everyone whereas her stepsister, Eun Jo, has a dark past and struggles with the fact that her mother starts to c ar more than for Hyo Sun than her. We all know that in the olden day fairytale of Cinderella, the stepsisters and the stepmother is depicted as an evil person, so what gained my elicit was because we get to see the stepsister point of view in this tremendous and modern drama. This Korean drama is packed with family issues that ar not only heart-wrenching however heart-warming; Cinderellas Sister tells a story of how two distinct girls, with different personalities and from different upbringings, are able to unite and connect under a forwarder called family.
This drama portrays the beefed-up desire of every human existence who yearns for love and respect from his/her family, up to a state that leads him/her to a major disaster. It highlights the true after-nature of a person who is repeatedly world forced into dire situations, sometimes; a person who is initially good in nature could turn into a pitiless person for the sake of surviving.
However, no matter how hardhearted he/she has turned into, this same person could still have a bit of mercy buried deep inside his/her heart.
A story of revenge and romance, I have to say that it is a film of excellence in nature and to top it off this film/drama has won many awards including the 2010 KBS Drama Awards. This drama contains 20 episodes, and it took me a while to finish the drama but it was worthwhile. As the story goes into depth there is a apportion of complex romance between Hyo sun (Cinderella) and Eun Jo the step sister because they both fell in love with the same guy.
