They imply that overweight and obesity associated with profound impact on both physical and psychological health. They alike believed that overconsumption of calories and reduction of physical activities increases the chances of overweight or obesity.
I maintain with Dehghan, Danesh, and Anwar, because many kids these days are cut downing less snip exercising and more time in front of the TV, computer, or video-game console. And todays busy families have fewer free moments to prepare nutritious, home-cooked meals. From lush food to electronics, quick and easy is the reality for many people.
In conclusion, preventing kids from becoming overweight means adapting the way their families eats and exercises, and how they spend time together. Helping kids lead healthy lifestyles begins with parents who lead by example. One of the best strategies to reduce childhood obesity is to ameliorate the diet and exercise habits of the entire family. Treating and preventing childhood obesity helps harbor the health of children now and in the future
