Organizations develop human resource policies that truly reflect their beliefs and principles and the affinity between management and employees. It can be argued that the human resources of a guild are potentially the only source of sustain subject competitive edge for an organization. A human resource establishment can help to create a workforce that is able to provide valuable and unique contributions that will be concentrated for the competition to imitate. Human resource practices affect organizational outcomes with the establishment of employee behavior and attitude.
Employees interpret organizational actions, such as human resource practices and the trustworthiness of management as an indication of that comp boths commitment to them. The employees will reciprocate their perceptions accordingly in their own commitment to the company. Employee attitudes and behaviors, including job performance, reflect their perceptions and expectations, reciprocating the treatment they retrieve from the organization.
