With the resolve of the merger we must all start preparing for the up and orgasm events. Additional training will be provided to free the sales staff to engage directly with the operational executives, healthcare professionals and facility managers within the customers’ organizations.
Our sales team will be reviewed to determine the current strengths and weaknesses to provide information on areas of needful development. The sales reps will need to adapt to fit the new service direction. Solutions-base selling requires that we are knowledgeable in sanitation, environmental regulation of cleaning, cleaning systems and OSHA standards. We will also be required to understand the implications of sanitation and cleaning in the varied industries, in the areas of legal, environmental, safety, ethical and regulatory.
Additional requirements will be to have the knowledge to develop customized packages of cleaning solutions and systems to meet the client’s needs. be conversant in the client’s industry relation back to cleaning and sanitation will allow for additional sales in the education and training of client staff.
